I created this section to help bridge the gap between all the scientific, multi-opinionated, overrated and confusing topics that plague the fitness industry. For as long as I can remember, society and media have been telling us you need to do x,y and z to look beautiful. And that is just not the case.
Every person is unique, so why should there be a one-size-fits-all to fitness? The answer is there shouldn’t be. And do not even get me started on what it means to be “healthy”. Everybody is different and every body is different. Through my knowledge as a Certified Personal Trainer* and experiences navigating through this thing we call life, I strive to provide you valuable information to help you achieve YOUR version of a balanced healthy life.
