Bis for the Guys

Hello everyone!

If you missed my previous post, I am starting a new training program! One that i am actually creating myself. All the moves are typical moves and some inspired by various people, but the way my workout is designed is by me!

Here is an arm workout that hits your back, biceps, and forearms:

    • Upright row superset with face pulls

10-12 reps x 4

    • Cable underhand grip raises superset with cable bicep curls

10-12 reps x 4

    • Cable reverse flys

8-10 reps x 3

    • Stretchers superset with band pull aparts

10-12 reps x 4

    • Plate curls superset with spider curls

10-12 reps x 4

    • And as a finisher WRT’s

Wide db curls – 10
Regular db curls – 10
Together db curls – 10
No rest between each x 4

Try it out! Your arms will be shaking by the end 😊
