Ranch Ground Turkey, Rice, & Stir Fry Veggies, With a Side of Wine

Tonight’s dinner was a very simple dinner and very easy to make. I had this stuff in my fridge and just whipped it up in about 15 min. Since I cook in bulk, aka meal prep, I cook all of the food that comes in the package at once. The foods that I used were: Jennie-O’s Extra Lean Ground Turkey, Frozen Stir Fry Vegetable Blend form Costco, Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice, and a pack of Hidden Valley’s Dry Ranch Seasoning to add to the ground turkey. It may be simple, but it hits just about every craving possible & its fully packed with all great things for you! Below are the Items that I cooked and the serving sizes that I made for myself and my future meals. I know the picture makes the food portion look really small, but my serving was:

4oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey,
111g Stir Fry Vegetable Blend
108g Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice
4oz Sin ZIn Red Wine
Fat: 2.7g | Carbs: 46.4g | Protein: 30.4g
